Description

This list is for the discussion of self-protection in all situations. From Fairbairn to Nelson, all Western arts - any issues of armed and unarmed protection are welcome. Modern Combatives or Classical arts, historical, technical or discussional. World War Two close combat is the main interest of the group so please bear that in mind before joining. Situational posts are welcomed, if it's happened to you and you've got some advice to give we want to hear it. Posts are unmoderated but treat others as you would yourself. This is a reality list - we have no time for 'make believe' or egotists, as one of my instructors said "If it ain't real it ain't worth doing".
