The 18th Century America e-mail list is a forum for discussing every facet of life in America during the 18th century. It was created to be a help to history students and historical re-enactors of the period. Members are welcome to inquire when seeking an answer to a related question of the period, or to offer an answer or opinion to an inquiry from another list member. It is permissible to inform the list when members have an item for sale that might benefit other members. However, the list is not to be used for commercial advertising. This is a “all-family / all-ages” rated list and there will be no inappropriate language allowed. There will also be no slandering or bashing of any individual or company allowed. Any list members who do not abide by these rules will be subject to being permanently removed from the list.
