Welcome to the Neotropical Anseriforms discussion list, and initiative of Ducks Unlimited, Inc. and Wetlands International. This forum is the result of a recommendation of the Symposion on Neotropical Waterfowl that took place in Monterrey, Mexico in October 1999. We hope this forum will provide an opportunity for discussion, exchange of information, and promotion of research adn conservation of Anseriform species in the Neotropical Region. The List is not moderated and is open to anyone interested in this group of birds. Messages can be sent in English, Portuguese or Spanish, but there will be no translation available.
