This group has been re-formed after the implosion of a group by the same name due to mismanagement on the part of the former list owner.

This list is a resource for professionals involved in Technical Surveillance CounterMeasures (TSCM). We encourage contributions and technical info. We are *not* here to serve private detective agencies claiming to perform TSCM, hobbyists or the general public.

Please note attachments are not allowed on this list.

Posts should be relevant to TSCM or electronic surveillance -- technical or operational. Links to or reprints of pertinent news pieces or items from technical journals are welcome. Sweep activity performed, especially any hits. Please observe any pertinent copyright laws. Especially solicited is information on the latest technology, both offensive and defensive. Technical discussions are welcomed. An intro upon joining of your or your group's capabilities is encouraged.

Please indicate your professional affiliation in your initial request for membership. Note: Membership rarely will be granted to applicants with free email domains like Yahoo.com, gmail, hotmail or anything similar. We have had a lot of pretend wannabees using free domains trying to gain access to the list, and substantial spam directed towards the list. If you generally are in business we will presume you have a business domain. If you don't for whatever issues, please strobe me and we'll try work something out.
