ultra HS takes images in 'normal' mode at 320x240 @30FPS (at least for 990, i assume the 995 is the same) , so your image looks correct to me ? did i missing ...

Both 8400 and 8800 . 640 x 480, 30 fps, max 60 sec . 320 x 240, 15 fps, limited only by storage . With audio But even an el cheapo (now) and still capable 5400...
