flying saucer attack are nice. also the brain jonestown massacre, though they don't really sound like either the otc or pink floyd, they still rock. creation...
The bands that most reminds me of OTC would be the '60s psych band, United States of America. Pop songs, samples, carnival music -- very weird, yet accessible....
