Contact FamilySearch Support at 866-406-1830 and ask for product support.  They should be able to help you or if they can't will send you on to HQ support.

using v4 file viewer in vista getting runtime error 339 RFVFOL~1.OCX is missing been unable to find the file is there another version that works in vista many

Ref : What do we do with the old disks after removing Temple Ready?
This was the instruction we had sent out to the FHC Directors in the UK. Hope this helps. REF: THE INSTRUCTION TO REMOVE TEMPLEREADY FOR WINDOWS FROM FAMILY

The request was only to remove Temple Ready. The IGI/Ordinance Index disks can still be used with FamilySearch (DOS) if you desire. Some people like to keep
