Description

Thank you for your interest in Trivium-At-Home.

Trivium-at-home is an ecumenical online community created to provide support and fellowship to classical Christian homeschooling parents.

Your introduction (which can be sent to trivium-at-home-owner@yahoogroups.com ) needs to include the following information:
*Your agreement with our statement of faith
*The ages of your children - at least one must be 7 years old or older
*Short description of your homeschool
*How you came to be interested in classical education.

**Please don't try to fit all this information in the small space provided on your application since this introduction is sent to the group upon acceptance.

We are an ecumenical classical homeschooling loop with a mix of members from the
Protestant, Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Anglican and Wesleyan traditions. Our members
are united in a strong adherence to the belief in a Triune God as expressed in the Nicene
Creed http://www.ccel.org/creeds/nicene.creed.html (or for Orthodox
http://www.cygnus.uwa.edu.au/~jgrapsas/pages/Creed.htm ) as well as a belief in the divine
inspiration of the Bible. We strive for our group to be culturally and racially diverse.

We are a small close-knit group, hence we desire for all of the members to participate on a regular basis and strongly discourage lurkers. Therefore, we have a regular minimum posting requirement.

If you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see a chart with the number of messages posted each month. Each of these represents an email. Some people feel overwhelmed by the number of posts that they receive. It's not necessary that you read each post, and many of them are quite short.

Sincerely,

Enid, Susan, Willa, and Carolyn
