This is the original Wire mailing list by U2 fans for U2 fans, and is NOT FOR PROFIT. Accept no substitutions.

This list started at least in October, 1992. The founder of this mailing list was Rob Bakie . From there, the list moved to its second maintainer, Thomas Jordan . On January 20, 1994, wire moved to me (Joel Abbott), its third maintainer. The list lives on!
