The Rally To End Secrecy is now being held in cyberspace. If you can't beat them, join them! An attempt was made to hold a real rally, will real people, October 24th 1999 on the steps of the Capitol Building in DC. But everybody went to Seattle instead!!! The end secrecy list lives on and I will keep posting interesting secrecy related articles I find along the Internet Highway. I still plan to compile a secrecy report to hand in person to Senators and Congress people in the future, but as more and more of them become web savvy, the need for this isn't so great. Besides I need a source of funding to publish a hard copy endsecrecy report for Washington consumption.
