This is not effective in a riding arena or on a loose rein. The only way this works is if your out galloping or on a xc country course and the horse is pulling...

Racings QHs do infact having steering and brakes and 99.9% of the time they do not need anyone to catch them. QHs get tired vs TBs or Arabs, so they will stop....
